The Mind connects with the body, the spirit controls all parts of the being. How does one access and connect with the spirit inside of the mind and body? For lifetimes it has been a mystery, but with the willingness to discover and search within oneself. The answer has been revealing itself to us over many lifetimes.








The Bridge


The brain and body are connected through neural pathways made up of neurotransmitters, hormones and chemicals. These pathways transmit signals between the body and the brain to control our everyday functions, from breathing, digestion and pain sensations to movement, thinking and feeling.


If the Mind is in control of the body, then what controls the brain?


The breath. The style, the rate, and depth of a persons breath will also control the state of mind a person is in. This is why as a child when you’re having a break down, emotional outburst, or having trouble calming down; you are reminded

“Take a deep breath”

Your breath is so powerful that it’s literally right under your nose available to you any and every moment. To experience more of your powerful breath is to be present on each and every breath. Embracing and accepting whatever feelings and emotions you are experiencing.

So if you want to change your mindset or change your beliefs on something. An action you can take is 10 present, full and deep breaths. Every inhale breathe in love. Every exhale release peace. And your brain and body will create the bridge of love and peace into your experience IE through every breath you are life, recreating itself.

  3. Observe, Feel, and be present

  4. Be grateful, create joy and freedom
